Показателните местоимения this, these се използват за близки предмети и лица, а that, those за по-отдалечени. 😃 Demonstrative pronouns this, these are used to present closer things or persons, while that and those are used for distant things or persons.

This coffee table is beautiful, but that over there is unique.

These slippers are mine and those over there are yours.

Is that Tom over there? Are these students from our school?
