Fun day

Fun Day

(text using Present Continuous tense)

We're going to the amusement park today. My dad's driving and me, my mom and my sister are singing along to the music on the radio.

We get there and we're walking around the park when we see an ice cream truck. My sister and I order our favorite flavors and are waiting to get our order when we hear someone calling our names. It's our parents and they're telling us that they are heading to the bathroom and we should wait for them by the truck.

We get out treats, but only minutes later, they're already melting! The ice cream is making our hands sticky, so we quickly finish it and head to the water fountain to rinse our hands.

When we get back to the truck, our parents are already waiting there for us. We head to our favorite ride. My sister and I love it but we're scared because it's very fast. We're screaming the whole time! And just as we get off the roller coaster, it starts raining.

We decide to go back home and watch TV for the rest of the day.
